Thank you for taking part in the first phase of consultation on the Connecting Leeds plans to transform our bus network. We have modified our plans following the initial public consultation to enhance bus service reliability for this route.
Earlier this year, you may have signed up to receive updates on the proposals on the Bradford to Leeds route.
You can now see again these detailed plans to benefit all traffic, which include; new bus lanes and cycle lanes; improved footways, better pedestrian crossings and upgrades to junctions.
Together our proposals are capable of reducing bus journey times at peak times by up to 15 minutes. This will make bus journeys more reliable and attractive for the 12,000 people who already use the bus on this route each day.
